Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. We mean it. No tricks, no "free for 14 days then locked out." The free plan covers everything most couples ever need.
Can I switch from Free to Pear+ later?
Anytime. Your data stays exactly where it is. You just get more.
What if I cancel Pear+?
You drop back to Free. Nothing gets deleted. Photos beyond the 1 GB limit stay viewable, you just can't upload new ones until you're under the limit or upgrade again.
Is this per person or per couple?
Per couple. One subscription covers both of you.
Do you have a student discount?
Yes — email hello@pear.app with a student ID and we'll give you 50% off Pear+ for as long as you're a student.
